How can I specialize in Canada after I graduated from my FACULTY of MEDICINE ?

My dog has fleas after giving him his medicine for it, are they from outside?

My dog took comfortis and a lot of his fleas did die off, but he still has tons on him and I know that fleas have to bite him to die but can they still lay eggs on him? And I see no fleas anywhere in my house, I’ve used sprays to get rid of them and I haven’t seen them anywhere. Is is just that my backyard is that infested with fleas that he gets them every time he goes outside?

Hi, I am medical doctor from Pakistan. I have an offer from Uni of Manchester, UK for an MD. MD is a research post-modify qualification meant for medical doctors. In most instances, the doctors need to be registered with GMC.
I want to work in UK and want to know what are the opportunities there for international students after an MD in Medicine qualification.

What medicine is safe to take after the prescribed narcotics from a tonsillectomy?

I’m early to feel alot better and want to get off the narcotics so i’m able to drive again. I don’t reckon i’m gonna be able to swallow any pills due to i’m still swollen so maybe a childrens liquid form or something would be nice. But will it work for me since i’m 22?
