How do you get rid of a cough without medicine or HALLS?

I’m coughing a modest and don’t feel like coming up for medicine from my parents to give it so. So is there a food/recipe or something to help?

I’ve been sick lately, and I’m just getting over most of it except for my cough. I’ve been wondering if both cough medicine like robitussin and cough drops can numb my stomach? I’ve felt weird lately in that I don’t feel like I’ve eaten anything even after I’ve eaten a full meal. My stomach will randomly gurgle and rumble too, along with some small pains in my stomach and intestines. Maybe I took too many?
